In the majority of cases, we can provide you with a Face-to-Face Interpreter within 24 hours. In urgent situations, we may be able to provide you with a Face-to-Face Interpreter in less than 3 hours.

What we need to know

When you are booking for our Face-to-Face (onsite) interpreters, you will need to tell us:

  • The language you require
  • The date, time and desired duration
  • The location
  • Your name and contact details
  • The purpose and type of assignment, e.g., court attendance, medical consultation, etc.

  • To get the best out of our interpreter, it would be best to provide the interpreter with as much background information as possible before the meeting.
