We can provide you with a Telephone Interpreter immediately most of the time. In the majority of cases, our existing clients will be connected to our interpreters within 5 minutes.

When you are booking for our Telephone interpreters, you will need to tell us:
- The language you require
- Whether you require the interpreting service immediately
- Your name and contact details
- The nature and type of interpreting, e.g., Workforce Australia, police, etc.
Useful Tips
- Speak clearly in short sentences, and not in long and winding sentences, so as to achieve maximum outcome in interpretation.
- If for any reason you get disconnected during telephone interpreting, please hang up and call our interpreter again.
